Biden seems to be finding out that he has very little clout around the world. He cannot even get US Governors to support him. But seriously folks... If Biden believes that Netanyahu will bow to his demands in order to assist with his U.S. reelection, well then perhaps senile is not a strong enough word for him.
Netanyahu is protecting Israel and he has Hamas on the run. There is no ethical manner for anyone to tell the Israeli President that he should not finish off the terror organization that has been attacking his country for years. Israel is in a position right now to pretty much put an end to the massive military buildup that Hamas has accumulated over the past couple of decades. To demand that they pull out now would be like... well having someone tell you to "pull out" right before you are just about to enter the "promise land".
Why should Israel care if Joe Biden gets reelected or not? Should more Israelis die in terror attacks so young American voters do not sour on Biden? The concept is preposterous. But it apparently appears logical to Joe Biden and his advisors.

Perhaps he meant that Putin will win Ukrainian - which mean Russia rules Ukraine - and that Putin take Ukraine out of NATO even though they are not in NATO. Grammatically that seems to make more sense. But certainly if Russia and China rule the world it will because of the bumbling mess of an Administration we have now, not because of Trump.
