Biden drops out?

A post on social media suggest that Biden has dropped out of the race?

Why do this over social media? There were posts on the POTUS X account earlier today defending his record?

Now it is said that he is endorsing Kamala Harris as well. This is a very odd way for him to leave the race. No press conference. No warning, not even to his own aids, who said they found out about him dropping out when the post was made. Others say he told senior members shortly "before" he posted to his personal "X" account.

Still nothing on the POTUS X account or any official statement posted on the actual White House account. I have yet to hear from anyone who personally stated that they have talked to Joe Biden today. This is extremely bizarre behavior. Perhaps even more bizarre than anything else we have seen in regard to all of this.
