Another take on whistleblower Gal Luft

Democrats have complained that the GOP is relying on a fugitive who should not be trusted. But he was a business associate of the Bidens and is being charged for actions relative to those business interests?

So the question shouldn't be whether or not we should trust Gal Luft. The better question appears to be why wasn't everyone involved in these business dealing charged? Including Hunter Biden?

I get that the powers to be are willing to do almost anything to keep all of this under wraps, but in charging Luft with a crime for his dealings here seems a little strange since it may actually be proving crimes committed by the Bidens. The Congressional Oversight Committee released a statement regarding this:

Gal Luft was paid by CEFC, the same CCP-linked company that paid the Bidens. In fact, Hunter claimed his father was in the room when he demanded payment from a CEFC associate. We didn’t choose the Bidens’ associates. The Bidens did.

So it certainly looks like Gal Luft is the only guy in the room not named Biden and thus the only guy in the room the DOJ is willing to charge. But make no mistake. Gal Luft is a Biden business partner, which is why he has all of this information. One wonders out loud if Luft even committed the crimes in question, or if he is just taking the fall for things that went on above his head (controlled by the Bidens).

In other words, it it entirely plausible and even probable that the crimes listed in the indictments are real crimes committed in one way or the other by the Bidens or at the urging of the Bidens. These may be the very crimes Luft accused the Bidens of committing. So Luft has become the fall guy, which is convenient because it allows the DOJ to kill two birds with the same stone. Pass the criminal responsibility buck as well as silence a potential witness against the Bidens. The only question now is will it work?
