An update on Truth Social

After hitting the stock price benchmarks, Trump was awarded more shares and now owns 65% of DJT stock.

After hitting over $60 in the early stages the stock seems to have settled in somewhere in the upper 30s. The stock had been expected to trade in the upper teens when it was first introduced.

However, it had a massive IPO jump and a significant sell off from other ground level investors. Trump has to wait six months to sell anything (without a waiver) - but with the market cap value of the company sits at about 6.5 billion, meaning Trump's share is worth about 4.2 billion. Even if the stock dropped back down to the teens, Trump's shares would still be worth over 2 billion.

Forbes currently lists Donald Trump's net worth at $6.1 billion which puts in in the top 1500 richest people. A far cry from being a staple on the top 200 list, but still not exactly living paycheck to paycheck. The worst financial decision Donald Trump ever made was running for President. It has literally cost him billions.
