Only about a third of the nation's voters believe Trump committed a crime in the "hush money" case.
Only about one-third of U.S. adults say Trump did something illegal in the hush money case for which jury selection began Monday, while close to half think he did something illegal in the other three criminal cases pending against him. And they’re fairly skeptical that Trump is getting a fair shake from the prosecutors in the case — or that the judge and jurors can be impartial in cases involving him.
This just suggests that a third of Americans do not understand the law. As these legal issues go, the Bragg indictment run neck and neck with the James lawsuit alleging fraud. In Bragg's case, he would have you believe that paying a legal bill from your attorney constitutes business fraud. In Jame's case, she would have you believe that Mar-a-Lago is only worth $18 million. What are the inherent problems with Bragg's case?
A non-disclosure agreement is perfectly legal.
Michael Cohen (not Trump) wrote the bill and sent it to Trump.
The description of services made no difference to Trump (tax or otherwise).
A legal bill is not a public record (so who does it defraud).
The bill was written after the election was over.
Trump disclosed the $130,000 loan on his Presidential financial statement.
The FEC determined there was no reporting violation.
A reporting violation would not be a crime either way.
If the Judge was credible, honest, and not a hack, this would sort of indictment would have been folded into a paper airplane and tossed out the window. The only question I have is what is up with the third of Americans who believe he committed a crime here?

and this doesn't even contain his latest that cannibals ate his uncle after a plane he was piloting crashed in the jungle in WW2 (he was a passenger who died when a plane crashed in the ocean during WW2). Someone said his dementia is now merging stories based on some facts with Looney Tunes episodes. Now that makes sense. And he repeated his latest twice the same day... Guess it was a rerun.
Cold, inform the alky of the facts of the situation.
Specifically, that Trump was speaking metaphorically, while Dementia Joe actually DID grab Tara Reade by the pussy.
