Acosta and Stelter complain about ABC Trump settlement

I believe at least a dozen people were listening in too!

Maybe it is just me, but Acosta and Stelter are both lower on the media food chain than George Stephanopoulos and have way less reach. Not that Stephanopoulos deserves any real high praise at this point in his career, just that Acosta and Stelter may be the lowest form of media critter.

Watching the left explode over this issue seems interesting in how obvious it was how Stephanopoulos openly and blatantly lied. Apparently they believe that just because Trump is a public figure he should have no right to sue anyone at anytime for any reason. Even a blatant lie should not rise to the occasion of defamation of a public figure (at least not named Trump).

Now what they keep bring up is the Judge saying later that the separation of rape and sexual assault (as determined by the jury) was only a legal finding. But then again, the judge is in a legal court room, running a legal process, under the legalities of New York law. Whether or not the semantics of the term sexual assault can be interchanged with the term rape in other circumstances, does not allow the judge (or anyone else) to interchange them in this case. As pointed out by many, the jury used the Judges own instructions to make the determination that Carrol did not meet her burden of proving that Trump raped her. You cannot simply ignore that because you want to... or because in other situations you might use rape and sexual assault interchangeably. So perhaps Trump should have sued the Judge as well for any additional statements he decided to make that was not consistent with the legal outcome from the god-damned case that he oversaw!

Either way... this is a fun meltdown and there have been many other fun meltdowns since the election. I can only hope for more and more fun meltdowns as time goes on!

Biden Lied About Everything.

That's it.

That's what needs to be carved onto the headstone of this entire "administration."

What's worse, is that these fucking nitwits feel they have the right to lie with impunity, presumably bolstered by the idiotic decision of the USSC in NY Times V. Sullivan.

To sustain a claim of defamation or libel, the First Amendment requires that the plaintiff show that the defendant knew that a statement was false or was reckless in deciding to publish the information without investigating whether it was accurate.
In a unanimous opinion authored by Justice Brennan, the Court ruled for the Times. When a statement concerns a public figure, the Court held, it is…
